Your data.
Our responsibility.

G Vibes LLC is a B2B content studio. We take privacy seriously — not because we have to, but because we work with revenue teams who trust us with sensitive business context. This policy tells you exactly what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

01

Introduction

G Vibes LLC ("G Vibes," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at thegvibes.com and provides B2B sales content services to revenue teams. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, complete a contact form, book a discovery call, or engage us as a client.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Short version

We only collect information that helps us serve you better. We don't sell your data. We don't spam. We use a small set of trusted tools to run our business, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact and intake form submissions (name, email, company, role, team size, content challenge, budget range)
  • Discovery call bookings via Calendly, including scheduling preferences and intake answers
  • Email correspondence and replies to our team
  • Project briefs, creative feedback, and deliverable approvals exchanged during active engagements
  • Payment and billing information, processed and stored by our payment processor (we do not store raw card data)

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Pages visited, time on page, and referring URLs
  • IP address (used for approximate geographic analytics only)
  • Cookie and session identifiers (see Section 4)
03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to operate and improve our services. We never use your data for purposes unrelated to our work together.

  • Respond to inquiries — to answer questions, schedule calls, and follow up on proposals
  • Deliver services — to produce, deliver, and revise content assets during active engagements
  • Process payments — to bill for services rendered and manage subscription or sprint billing
  • Improve our website — to understand which pages and resources are most useful to prospective clients
  • Send relevant communications — occasional service updates, content resources, or policy notices; never mass marketing blasts
  • Comply with legal obligations — tax records, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
04

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to maintain session state, measure traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our content. We use a minimal cookie footprint: no advertising networks, no third-party retargeting, no behavioral profiling.

We may set the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the website to function (form submissions, navigation state). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — anonymous, aggregate data about page visits and user flows (e.g., via Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled). You can opt out via your browser or the Google Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on.
  • Scheduling — Calendly embeds may set their own cookies when you book a call. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in your settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.

05

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Service providers — vendors we use to operate our business (project management, email, analytics, payment processing, Calendly). All are bound by data processing agreements.
  • Contracted specialists — freelance writers, designers, and producers engaged on your project receive only the brief information needed to complete the deliverable. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, we may disclose information to appropriate authorities.
  • Business transfers — if G Vibes LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.
Confidentiality note

Client briefs, strategy context, and proprietary sales materials shared with us are treated as confidential business information and are never used as training data, case study content, or shared externally without explicit written permission.

06

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

  • Prospect inquiries — kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized
  • Client project records — retained for 5 years after project completion for legal and tax compliance, then securely deleted
  • Analytics data — aggregated and anonymized after 14 months
  • Email communications — retained in our email platform for up to 3 years, then purged

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights, below). Requests will be honored within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.

07

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how we use your data — we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
